Founded in 1919, Community Coffee Company is the largest family-owned retail coffee brand in America.

When I enter my role as Community Coffee’s Social Media Manager, my challenge was bringing all social media management and creation in-house.

During my time at Community, I developed social strategy and content aligning to the company’s new target audience. I also established social guidelines to inform our internal teams about social design, trends and social tone of voice. I maintained our brand voice and values across social media marketing channels through a curated social editorial calendar.

RESULTS

    • Increased Community Coffee’s social engagement rate by +3000% (.1 to 3.1%) within first 7 months of role

    • Earned 14 million impressions within first seven months in role

    • Developed social media strategy catered to Community Coffee’s audience

    • Establish social media guidelines for work flow, visual content and community management

    • Manages agency relationships to develop and produce organic social media aligned with brands identity
